ORDERING & SHIPPING & RETURNS Barracuda brand stun guns are strictly sold as wholesale, business to business. We do not sell retail so please do not ask. We now offer a drop ship service so you can have us ship directly to your client. Let us know if you are interested in this service!You can place your order by telephone, fax or email. All first time orders must be place by phone. We accept all major credit cards: VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER/AMERICAN EXPRESS. We do not keep your credit card information on file unless requested. Most orders placed by 11:00 AM PST are shipped out that same day. You will be notified when your order has been shipped. We ship Monday through Friday. See below for areas where we do not ship to. We ship via UPS and USPS and FedEx. If you do not have a preference on carrier, we will try to use the least expensive way. We ship from Sparks, NV 89431. Please view the map below for UPS shipping days. We do not issue RMA’s for returned product unless requested. Please let us know if you have a problem with any unit before returning. Due to state/city/county regulations, we cannot ship/sell stun guns to the following areas: Connecticut, Illinois, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Rode Island, Wisconsin, Annapolis MD, Baltimore MD, Denison/Crawford County IA, District of Columbia, Philadelphia. Absolutely no sales/shipping of stun guns outside of the Continental US.
